Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage or Thai yoga massage is a dry massage without oil. It is more active than other forms of massage. The therapists will stretch your body in addition to providing a massage. In Thai language it is usually called nuad phaen Thai. A mix of deep pressure and assisted yoga. This modality can be powerful. Applying pressure to tender muscle fibre adhesions can hurt. Whilst it may be difficult to avoid some discomfort when targeting muscle knots, therapists can adjust the massage pressure to suit the client.

Deep Tissue Massage
Have Deep tissue Thai massage for a stronger, more intense massage treatment. Our Therapists use their hands, elbows and feet to apply deep pressure to acupressure points and target specific areas of built up tension in the back, shoulder and legs. The application is designed to target the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This healing massage helps to relieve deep-seated tension, resulting in a feeling of complete invigoration.
Contrary to popular belief, deep tissue massage does not need to hurt to be effective. Our therapists use their knowledge and understanding of how muscles and tendons work to target the right areas without causing pain.
Improved mobility will be noted almost immediately after a treatment.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a popular massage for clients who have never had a massage before.
The Swedish massage uses a medium of vegetable oil, cream and sometimes talc and includes long strokes or effleurage, kneading, friction, vibrations and stimulating movements using the hands, palms, thumbs and fingertips. Movements are generally applied in the direction of the heart and the main purpose is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. By increasing blood flow the muscles are warmed and relaxed and the recovery time from muscular strain is shortened by the flushing out of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes from tissues in the body.
There is also a reduction in both emotional and physical stress – Swedish massage is both relaxing and invigorating, affecting the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation, while promoting health and well-being

HOT STONES MASSAGE
Hot stones are used to expand your blood vessels and relax your muscles. It is a deeper form of massage which relieves muscle tension and enhances the circulation, which further accelerates the healing process. Depending on the treatment and client this is used in conjunction with cold stones to stimulate the nervous system and increase the lymph flow of waste materials.
It is said that one stroke of heated basalt stone is equivalent to five strokes of the therapists hand.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE
This ancient technique directly stimulates the nervous system through the application of gentle yet firm pressure to acupressure points – primarily in the feet – which correspond to glands, organs and muscles throughout the body, promoting healing in these areas.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment. It is based on the ancient Chinese theory that in a healthy body, energy is flowing freely – and if that energy becomes obstructed, then illness may result.
Reflexology works on the principle that the feet mirror the body. All the organs, systems and glands of the body have a corresponding area on the feet, known as reflex points. A reflexologist knows how to stimulate the reflex points in order to treat the corresponding body part.
Reflexology is a holistic treatment, which works on the mind, body and spirit as a whole, rather than treating just one specific area. The treatment can alleviate stress, headaches and tension pain.
Likewise, a physical condition can be emotionally draining. Reflexology aims to redress the energy balance in your body and mind as a whole, which many believe to be more effective than working directly on just one area.
